Turn your favorite photo into a forever keepsake with this personalized puzzle. Please upload an original unedited high resolution image file through the upload feature on the listing.  Please do not crop or edit the image, we will do that if necessary.  Please provide a high-resolution image that will fit the dimensions of the item ordered. Please do not send screenshots, they are low resolution and we cannot use them. If you would like personalization added to the photo, please include that in the personalization section of the order. We will send a mockup for your approval prior to producing.  

Please note our puzzles do not come in boxes

Puzzles are made of cardboard and are professionally printed with a gloss finish.

All puzzles are made in the orientation of the photo provided. Vertical photos will be portrait and horizontal photos will be landscape.

Upon receipt of your order, please open the package and inspect the contents right away. If there any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt

Please keep in mind that colors may vary depending on your monitor or phone screen and may vary slightly from the actual product colors. Images / designs may vary slightly from the photos due to each item being made to order just for you.
