To order, please:
- Select the design that you would from the drop down menu. If you choose, "Custom Design", then please provide the design request in the "Personalization Section", and a design option will be messaged to you for approval prior to printing.
- Also, please advise if you would like the name printed on the wooden plaque or not. If you would like the name printed, then please list that in the "Personalization Section as well by indicating the following:
- First Name:
- Middle Name:
- If no information is provided in the Personalization Section, then no name will be printed on the wooden plaque.
**SPECIAL NOTE**
- The sign looks better when it's filled out with pen. Sharpies can be used, but they may smear. We highly recommend testing the pen/sharpie marker choice on the back of the wooden plaque to ensure you are truly satisfied with the results prior to marking on the design side.
We do not recommend allowing a child to play with, or chew on the wooden plaque.
